Where are you located?
We are located by Rock Valley, Iowa. We are less than an hour from Sioux Falls, SD; 2.5 hours from Omaha, NE; four hours from Des Moines, IA; and four hours from Minneapolis, MN.
Do you ship?
Yes, if you are not within driving distance, our preferred method is to ship via flight nanny. We can also ship via ground transportation as well. If you are within driving distance, we also can drive to meet you for a small fee. We will drive up to four hours to meet you!
How do I reserve a puppy?
You can reserve a puppy by placing a $500 non-refundable reservation fee. This fee will go towards the total price of the puppy. This helps ensure the puppy will have a happy forever home when they turn eight weeks.
How soon can the puppies go to their new home?
All puppies need to stay with us until they are eight
weeks old.
What if I can't pick up my puppy right at eight weeks?
That's ok! We are very flexible and can work with you
to pick up your puppy. We do ask that if the puppy stays with us past 12 weeks, it is paid for in full before the puppy is 12 weeks old.
Do the puppies come with a Health Guarantee?
Yes, all of our puppies come with a three-year health guarantee.
What type of dog food is my puppy currently eating?
We feed our puppies NutriSource Small/Medium
puppy food. We currently sell 5 lbs. bags and 15 lbs. bags for pick up only.
What does my puppy come home with?
All of our puppies go to their new home with a small baggie of food, a blanket with the kennel scent, and a small toy that the puppy is used to playing with.
Are these puppies used to kids?
Yes! All of our puppies are used to playing with our kids and are great family pets!
